What we collect
The request form may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, equipment data, operating data, a free-text message and optional files such as a nameplate photograph, datasheet, drawing or PDF.
Why we use it
The data is used only to identify the enquiry, prepare a technical and commercial proposal, and reply to you. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up supply discussion. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of the data you have sent. Write to inf@vellken.com. If a formal legal entity, registration number or supervisory authority must be named, those details will be published here as soon as they are confirmed.
Files and this static website
Until a sending endpoint is connected, files selected in the form stay in your browser and are not uploaded. After the endpoint is connected, files travel with the request to the Sales & RFQ address.
